Links embedded in my emails won't open.

In the past I have had no problems opening links embedded in my emails. Suddenly they won't open today on my MacBook Air. What should I do to fix this problem?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

Hi AEH-301,

With your links no longer being clickable in Mail, quit the Mail app and relaunch the app.

Restart your Mac.

Make sure you're running the latest available software version for your Mac in Apple menu () > About This Mac > Overview.

If this behavior continues, restart your Mac in safe mode and open Mail to see if this behavior continues. Safe mode prohibits certain extensions and login items to run while running a system check. How to Use Safe Mode
