charged for free app

hi so i recently downloaded a free app, discord to be specific, and i end up being charged $36.76, not even like a hold on my card but like actually charged. it also doesn’t show up on my purchase history but only on my online bank account. i read around and it said it might be just to keep my data up to date so, basically will i be refunded later in the future or will i need to report this?
