Hi,

Since the Brother HL-L2380DW is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting the AirPrint technology, the easiest way would be to connect the printer to a Wi-Fi router. This connection could be wireless, or wired (Ethernet) to one of the LAN ports of the router. Using AirPrint means that additional drivers are not needed, provided that the printer and the MacBook Pro are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router).

You may want to check that your printer has the latest firmware.
