Easiest way to transfer data from my Ipod touch 7 to my old Iphone 8

Hello,

I have Ipod touch 7 that is little demaged (home button is not what it used to be - hate home buttons always go bad after a while).

Can i transfer all the data from my Ipod touch to my old Iphone 8 which I just have as a backup cause I have Iphone 11 pro as my phone.

What is the easiest was to do the transfer from Ipod touch to iphone 8?

Use iTunes to back up your iPod to your computer (not to iCloud); then restore your iPhone from that backup. This will erase everything that is currently on the iPhone and replace it with what is on your iPod.
