airdrop cannot be used on MacBook pro

I cannot turn on the airdrop option on my MacBook pro

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.3

Update your iDevice - current stable release, including bug fixes iOS 15.5

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support



Bluetooth and WifI are used, both need to be on(?)

Use AirDrop on your Mac - Apple Support



no insight or resolve if you have an issue— Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal.

If no resolve try SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support to sort anomalies.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test.
