Multiple iPhones listed in devices

What do these numbers mean - iphone (2) and iphone (3)

I have both of those phones with me, but as they are numbered (2) and (3), I’m worried about where the iPhone (1) is? Could my ex husband be logged in somewhere with the IPhone (1) ?

He also has some old diaries of mine with old passwords in, how can I completely protect myself?

Hello Sunshinemonkey,

What you're seeing is the name of your iPhone 11 and an iPhone X signed in with your Apple ID. These names can be changed and the presence of 2 and 3 does not mean there has to be a 1. You can find steps for this process here: Change the name of your iPhone - Apple Support

If you're worried about where your Apple ID is signed in and who has access we recommend following all steps in the support articles below. This will help you ensure your Apple ID is secure.
