The TV app won’t load my subscription to Apple TV. It used to work correctly. Now it keeps asking me to start a free trial. When I put in my Apple ID is says I have no subscriptions but I do. It’s still works in my phone but I can’t seem to get the app on my tv to work? Any suggestions?
Verify that you are signed in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), with the Apple ID account that has (access to) the subscription. Verify that you used the same Apple ID account as e.g. on your iPhone.
Verify the active subscriptions on that Apple ID account: See your subscriptions overview - Apple.
If the issue persists after checking and confirming the above, then contact Apple Support for further assistance.
