hi whenever I try to disable the screen time passcode by using my Apple ID it uses that as another incorrect trial although my Apple ID and passcode are correct.I would love some support what should I do from this point.

Why does it go to the setting push forgot passcode and in the same dirctions further down it asks to put in the old Screen time passcode??
