In the Finder, locate the file, the duplicate the file and rename it. I am answering this way because you posted in the Numers for mac OS forum. If you are asking about Numbers for iOS, then you may duplicate the locating the document in question in the recent items, then touch and hold on the item. Then choose "Duplicate" from the contextual menu
