Problem with Google account

My Google/Gmail account suddenly stopped being recognized on my iPad. No recovery option has worked. I keep getting an error message that my browser does not comply with Google security and I cannot sign in. I have removed the account and tried to reinstall but have no luck. Is there anything \i can do, since Safari is the default browser? I've used this iPad successfully for about 8 years and have made no changes of any sort yet this problem appeared from one day to the next. HELP!!! Please!

Well some could say and probably rightly so: to Get a new iPad.

Can't your iPad use the Google's Gmail App? It'd work. Mine does..

The older app Still works; while only a wi-fi (with iOS 9.3.5 running.)

[Just checked new specs for iOS iPad Gmail App and its not supported

on older iOS systems; that maybe out. Doesn't explain why mine works]

Not sure if Google still offers new downloads of iPad Gmail app for older iOS.

Brave.com has some, one for iPad and another for iPhone.

I run my iPad with older gmail google app and have two accounts.

I use across all devices, and computers, work fine. My newer iPhone

likely helps the iPad with limited internet, it also uses google app

for gmail with iPhone iOS.

Newer devices offer high security, and updates to fix newly discovered issues, too.

That would also use Two Factor Authentication (2FA) as new ones all say they do.

You could look around a little. But keep an eye on cost effective

Apple factory refurbished. Or look for interim model sale priced

at Apple Authorized resellers; AASPs, or Apple Retail stores.

I'd like a newer iPad Pro ~ top model, that's not in my limited budget!!🙂
