How can I delete an organizer off of my Iphone Pro 13 if that organizer no longer has that current apple ID? His ID has changed and I can't remove or change the organizer? This was done in 2016 and now that the Credit card attached to that account was closed - it will not let me change my payment options because this apple ID does not exist any more?
If you can't sign the account out of the phone, if you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it.
Request additional support for unlocking your device. -
You used to be able to take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened) and have them remove the ID. This may have changed, so call the store before going to make sure they can help.
