how do i add my current phone number to a. new apple ID
I am trying to set up a new ICLOUD email i created on my cell phone becauses I have no more storage space on my old icloud. i want to attach my phone number to the new icloud. how do i do this?

You need to remove it from your current Apple ID. You may have to wait 24 hours for the change to sync. Then add it to your new Apple (iCloud) ID. Look in the Security section when signed in online. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync.
