Apple care + Theft and Loss discontinued phone

Since my iphone 13 pro is now discontinued, what does that mean to my contract/subscription to apple care + Theft and Loss?

I don’t want to pay monthly to something apple won’t be able to replace if it gets stolen.

If it gets damaged, will apple be able to replace the screen or other services?

Would I get a replacement phone that is not an iphone 13 pro?
