I would like to keep my email address and password from my old MacBook Air to my new MacBook air

I have a new Macbook air and I would like to use the same passwords and id as my old MacBook air.

Here is how to: Move your content to a new Mac - Apple Support

You might be able to restore a backup (which is how you got here, based on the Related Article above), if your old Mac and the new Mac can run the same macOS version, but a migration allows your data, apps, files, documents, settings, passwords, and the rest to be migrated from an older Mac to a Mac running a newer or current macOS version. Transparently.
