That is my question. I click the get button for an app and then it says to "Double Click to Install" on a slide bar. But the slide bar is so far to the right of my phone I cannot access it to click. How do I install these kind of applications???

No slide bar. The "Double Click to install" prompt is pointing to the physical button on the outside of the iPhone.
You are supposed to click on the actual button there.

It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot (with Double Click to Install), in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.
