Conditional highlighting to find a Max or Min value

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out how to highlight a Max value in a column. What I've read so far is helpful but it seems like you need to know the Max value to then set the rule to highlight it through conditional highlighting. Or, reference a header or footer cell with a value to then find the max value. However, I want Numbers to find the highest value for me (there are hundreds of rows...) and highlight it, without having to reference. It seems easy on Excel but am having trouble to find out how to do it on Numbers.
