So my old phone broke and you guys sent me a replacement phone and I had to send the old phone back to you guys but the mail person never got it out of my mail box so what do I need to do

No one here fiddles with this service.. These are user-to-user forums. We are all everyday Apple users like yourself. No one here has access to your account info (and that is a good thing, BTW). So, contact Apple Support.
So, Take this Up with Apple:
You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.
