Carplay Missing

There's no carplay option on my iphone 11 pro when connected to my car that does support carplay. My sister's 12 pro connects just fine. Both connect via cable when we try, but I have no carplay options. when I search my settings on my phone, it finds it but when I click it just leaves me at general settings with no carplay showing. My phone is up to date with the latest software. Is there a way for my phone to get carplay working?

Troubleshooting CarPlay:


A. Usual Manual:

Read your driver's manual to find out more about syncing this.


B. Try being in Park:

For many, they must have their automobile in park to get this to all pair.

Troubleshooting a Locked iPhone:

Your iPhone is locked. So, get this serviced.


Hold it Right There!


Being Locked Out...

Enter the passcode incorrectly too many times, and you'd likely be locked out for good. So, hold it right there, and refer to this link: If you Forgot the Passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is Disabled - Apple Support. It would be the one you've always entered. If you do not know it, then look for it in a location you may have stored it in.

If you cannot get the above link to work, then contact Apple Support.
