After macOS Monterey 12.6 upgrade, I got the following error whenever I tried to open the Users & Groups preference pane from System Preferences:
No other information is provided. When I click OK, a blank screen appears.
I am an admin user. I have tried this on another admin user in the system and I got the same error. Restarting the system does not help.
Does anyone have any idea / solution?

Problem went away after upgrade to Ventura.

Also, not sure if it is related, but the login pictures for both accounts have been changed by the system.
