In previous MacOS you were able to launch login items hidden. Is there a way to do this in Ventura? My current issues are with the following Apps: Fantastical 2, Typeface and Homebot. I just need them running when I login I don't need to interact with them right after launch. I can access them from the menu bar.

marshallmidden, In the past this sort of thing would need to be configured in both the system settings and in the app. If you go to general / login items and add it to the list of login items. If icue has an option to now show in dock then you will need to set that in the icue app.

Why is there no public comment from Apple on this to let their users know if there is any alternative to that option, or if it's on the individual app developers to add an in-app option to to so? This is poor communication.
FWIW, the option has been removed from Ventura. There may be a way to do it in the Terminal but I don't know if that's the case.
I specifically want iCUE to run at startup. But NOT show up in the Dock.
