Apple keeps taking money from my account with no active subscriptions and no purchase history, how do I refund a payment that doesn’t exist but you still stole my money?

Apple keeps charging my card for subscriptions that don’t exist, there is no active subscriptions or purchase, no suspicious emails or new log in, nothing, and I can’t request refunds because I can’t refund something that doesn’t exist, everytime I try and get help apple keeps making me go in circles which feels like they are forcing me to deal with them stealing my money and get a whole new card

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask also your bank to block your card, ans ask a new card.

Also report to the police.
