How can I send an email to everyone in my Contacts without having to move all email addresses to create a list? I want to notify everyone that I have a new email address.

I Googled Apple's Mail limits and got the following;

So if the Author has more than 500 contacts they will have to create two or more Lists to use.

Have read , but can not find the reference.
There appears to be Limit on the number of e-mail that can be sent at once.
Believe it was 250 different e-mail address in one e-mail

You will have to make a list. However, you can select all of the contacts under All Contacts by clicking on the first in the list and holding down the Shift key click on the last in the list. Then using the File ➙ New List From Selection menu option
and name the list and use the name in the Bbc field so that you keep the recipients email address private from the others in the list.
