When I try to share a webpage in Safari and I select Notes as the destination, it appears to work, but when I then look at the resulting note that has been created in Notes, there is no link to the webpage and only a small portion of the webpage has been saved. How can I save the whole page as well as the link to the webpage?
Mac mini, macOS 13.1
This is a sample of what I get when I share a webpage from Amazon to Notes. As you can see, There is a brief description of the webpage and in the sidebar, the description of this note says there is 1 web link. But when I click on this note on my Mac, nothing happens. I've just discovered, however, that if I tap on this same note on my iPhone or iPad, it does take me to the webpage.
So it seems the link is there, but it just doesn't work on my Mac. Is there some setting in Notes that I have to turn on to make the link work?
Could be a problem with Notes in Ventura? I just updated to Ventura yesterday.
FWIW, I have to double click on the right side. Works for me in Ventura.
FWIW, if I share a webpage from Safari to Notes, all I get is a link to the page which I can dbl-click on to go to the page.
