Having cameras setup for security reasons and not being able to see them is extremely frustrating and can be costly.
The only fix suggested is to reboot the cameras... too bad they are remote.
How do you unstuck these without physically pull the plugs?
Huge flaw Apple HomeKit...
it works for minimum of 10-30 minutes and a maximum of 1-2 days before going offline again. logitech support very quickly offered to send a new unit which I’m waiting for but this has to be some kind of bug, either with Home or the camera itself imo.
My router btw shows it’s connected to 2.4Ghz with good signal strength even when it’s not responding in Home.
I will give this a try next time it goes offline.
How did you get Logitech to replace your camera?
I'm going to get an Eve cam and see how that does.
I went through tech support and they replaced it even though I was 2 months over the warranty.
I'm not certain, but I don’t think Glocks are HomeKit compatible. Maybe in the next iOS update?
My Logitech cameras are down more often than they are up, and it is a pain to reset them. Very frustrating product.
Spotty connection if at all. What a shame!!!
Had the same issue after installing a Zigbee Device nearby, switched my 2.4GHz Wifi to Channel 1, there was interference from my Zigbee network. Now it seems to be working.
Then take the 5ghz off the box. This terrible technology doesn’t work with google wifi. Put the right requirements on the box. I’m shocked Apple sells this awful nightmare.

I have the same issue. Brand new. Setup ok, all worked perfectly. Go abroad a day later, or not responding.
My Logitech Doorbell Camera keeps getting in a turned off state after removing and rebooting of modem even with great signal. It works fine for 1 or 2 days then turns off by itself.
