Parts and service history
Hi.
i recently bought iphone 11 pro
and i want to check its parts service history but the option isn’t available in the settings general about
kindly help me how to check it
Either it has not had any parts replaced or service, or it is not available on that model.
With pre-owned iphones you don't have access to service history paid for by another AppleID
Until you need hardware service by Apple you will only know when they open it up if any repairs were by unauthorised repair shops, however non genuine batteries and screens usually tell you so in Settings.
