iCloud folders missing from mail sidebar since software upgrade

I had a number of folders in my mail sidebar under iCloud and they have disappeared since the latest software upgrade. I have two questions, first, how do I get them back into Mail and second how do I move the folders and their contents from "iCloud" to "On my Mac" in the sidebar?

If you go into Mail, Settings, Accounts, is iCloud listed? If not, press the + sign at the bottom of the account list and add it there.
