Apple care + plan cancellations unsuccessful

I bought an iPhone 14 in an Apple Store in the USA with Apple Care + monthly payment plan on my credit card (Turkish bank)and came to Turkey ,paid the taxes and registered it under a Turkish Operator without any problem and I use the phone ok.

I want to cancel the plan and it seems impossible to do it.

1)In my Apple settings this subscription is not shown

2)I see the plan in me Apple Support app no problem. For cancellation it directs me to finish settings the plan with my Apple ID

3) When I do it to open the cancellation page I am asked to finish set up and I am not able to proceed.

I am stuck in a vicious circle.

4)I went to web page again and it advises for Turkey,Germany and Israel to contact

Apple Support for this purpose

5)And Apple Support says they have no idea how the cancel Apple Care +,because it is not valid in Turkey and they don’t have the slightest idea to do it!

Any help solving this problem will be appreciated. 🙏🏻

"If you pay monthly or annually for your AppleCare plan

Need to change the payment method for your AppleCare plan? Change your Apple ID payment method.

Need to cancel your plan? You can cancel your AppleCare plan in the account settings on your device. If you don't see your plan when you try to cancel it, finish setting up your account. If you finished setting up your account and you still don't see your plan, contact Apple Support.

If you cancel your AppleCare plan, the monthly or annual billing can't be renewed. If you're no longer eligible for an AppleCare plan, you can't add it to your device again."


If these steps aren't working, you may need to Contact Apple Support again.
