AirPods Pro’s voice to text not working

So to ensure that we understand, when you attempt to use voice to text it isn't reacting at all or was it entering the text incorrectly? And this is only occurring with the AirPods and works normally when using standard voice to text on the iPhone via the native mic? If you haven't tested that aspect, so let's do that now. You'll follow the steps listed at Dictate text on iPhone - Apple Support in order to use dictation without the AirPods.

I'm having the same problem with my Airpod Pro's, I have an iPhone 14 Pro. The problem started a few months ago, around iOS 16. I know all my settings are correct, because if I use my old regular AirPod's the voice settings work fine.

I tried factory restoring the Airpod Pro's, and nothing fixes it. "Hey Siri" doesnt work, and regular voice to text doesnt pick up anything, but the Airpods work fine for all other voice communication with my iPhone and when I pair them to my laptop.
