So I've been trying to update my MacBook Pro, but when I run the Ventura installer. It will pop up and say that they installer is damaged, I've reinstalled the installer a few times, but it still does the same thing.

Install from macOS Recovery
Install while your Mac is started up from macOS Recovery. This gives you the latest version of the macOS currently or most recently installed.
To start up from macOS Recovery, follow the appropriate steps:
Apple silicon

Do not attempt a Restart to access this feature. The computer Must be Shutdown and pause for about 10 seconds before moving forwards

Turn on your Mac and continue to press and hold the power button until you see the startup options window. Click the gear icon labeled Options, then click Continue.
Intel processor
Turn on your Mac and immediately press and hold Command (⌘)-R until you see an Apple logo or other image.
If you're asked to select a user you know the password for, select the user, click Next, then enter their administrator password. A - Have to ask the question, Update implicitly mean an older version os mcOS 13 Ventura is already installed on this computer.
A - Is that correct ? and if so, exactly what version of Ventura is presently installed ?
A - An upGrade would be moving from an older version than Ventura to the new Ventura
A - Should this be the case for this computer, exactly what version of macOS is installed at this time ?
So I did try installing it from macOS recovery, and it ran into a problem and quit the install there as well
I was able to get it resolved using internet recovery. Thanks for your help
