Want to take picture upside down but phone keeps flipping back to right side up

phone won’t stay upside down when I try and take picture- keeps flipping back to right side up

If that does not do what you want, you can easily rotate a picture in the Photos app. See Edit photos and videos on iPhone - Apple Support
