Is there anyone who had problem that I had?
My problem is my delete button doesn't work properly. When I chose something (file or photo, etc.) and then click the delete button, they won't move to the trash. The delete button has only worked when I've clicked the button during sleep mode.
How do I activate my button?

Pressing the delete key alone doesn't move anything to the Trash. You have to press command + delete.
