Is this a scammer?

nI got suspicious message via telegram, she said

Hai, I’m Anis Farhana from Apple Inc. Asia, this is to notify you that you have been randomly selected to make entry into our Promotions Starter Package of iPhone 13 Pro Max model “, via our official telegram Bots account. You can now claim and process your postage. Are you ready now to proceed with your claim and postage procedures…??


is this a scammer, cause i already pay😭😭😭, i want my money back they force me to add up the package and pay for warranty, and they told me to pay more for the delivery through JnT
