Paypal login won't work on my computer and continuously asks for my password, yet works on my iphone. I've had to change my password 4 times in 6 months already. Anyone have a solution or experience this?

Are you using any add-on VPN client apps, or any other add-on security-related apps, on the Mac?
If so, discontinue and remove those, restart, and try again.
It works for me when I log in on their website using any macOS compatible browser. Perhaps you're using the PayPal app for macOS and maybe that's the problem?
Had to install Google Chrome on my older macbook air. A bit slower than windows, but it did finally do the 2nd auth to sign in

Same, put in login info / password, then just a screen that says processing... that never ends.
