How can I add and App

I registered using Apple for sweepstakes app called pulsz using the appleid.apple generated email. When you are cashing and receiving gift cards it sends them through a secondary app called PrizeOut which automatically registered using the appleid.apple generated email used through Pulsz. Problem being the PrizeOut isn't registered through appleid.apple so I'm not getting any emails, can't access my full account profile, or reset my password. Does anyone know if I can add an App after the appleid address was used. I can see all the App registered but figure out how to add.
