Apple ID is not active

I have a late 2012 mac min, where I am getting error of "apple ID is not active" but browser i am able to login using the my apple ID. I also checked with apple support team, and they informed my ID is fine, may some issue with my mac. Please recommend on how I can resolve it.

When do you get that message?

When you want to login to your Mac?


If so, you need your login user name for your Mac.
