A few Days ago my ultra went from 100 % Capacity to 99% Capacity and Now The battery itself only last a day! Why is that? Any one else who has the Apple Watch Ultra having that problem? I got mine at my local Apple Store in October last year and the Ultra is only 10 months new still! How do we fix this problem?

Batter capacity/health drains over time and this is completely expected. You can always look under Battery in your Settings to learn what is draining your battery and take actions based on that data.
