I RECORDED YOU email

I receive hundreds of these spam emails everyday. One a minute for hours, then it stops. Then it restarts on a random day. They come from my own email address. I’ve reset my email password to no avail. I can’t get any filter to send them to junk on apple mail. Any solutions?

Create Filters on the eMail Provider's Site:

Create a filter, but, this time on the eMail provider's site. Choose to delete any messages containing these keywords. Report back if that does the trick. As an example, see this site by Yahoo!: Use filters to organize Yahoo Mail - Yahoo!

Finding Out if a Link is a Scam:

Shart with Copy & Paste:

While viewing the eMail in Mail or while logged in to your eMail provider’s site, disconnect from the Internet. Then right-click on a link and select Copy.

Next, open something that takes text(ie MS Word). Then, right-click and select Paste. If it is a bunch of alphanumeric jibjab (miscellaneous numbers and letters), then of course it is a phishing scam. If it looks official, then paste it in Google and click search. See if any report of this being sack pop up. If it seems to official, any you know the company, then contact them. If you don’t know of this place, then let it vex
