AirPod pro 2 can't add them in Find my app

My New AirPods Pro 2 are connected with my iPod touch and Ventura Mac and the connection and sound is great (although I don't have all the features an iPhone can add to the AirPods).

The problem is that I can't add them in the "find my" app, like my other devices, they are just not in the list of my devices, even in the "find my" app in Mac, and i use this feature because I misplace them a lot.

I have checked the Find my option in the AirPods menu.

Is there a problem because it is a new model and my iPod touch is older model (and the first pair was with the iPod touch), is it a problem in the case, what can I do?

Thanks.

P.S : I believe society advance in technology, when technology becomes more aproachable.

About AirPods and Find My:

If Find My was enabled with these, then note that the local shown is based off of the last time the device they were connected to that itself was connected to the internet. AirPods cannot seen in Find My on their own. This is because AirPods are not assigned their own IP Address.
