When you remove a trusted number from apple id and you log in to icloud from web browser will the removed device's backed up data still appear in icloud web or only the trusted one's data? For example if i have 2 iphones using the same apple id then i removed one of the devices but the data is backed up, when i log into iCloud from web will also the backed up data of the removed device (number) appear?
You cannot view iCloud Backups in a web browser. The data that you can view at iCloud.com is synced data (e.g., iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive, iCloud Contacts, etc, but not iCloud Backup).
If you have 2 devices using the same Apple ID, all synced data is the same on both devices and at iCloud.com. However, the iCloud Backups for each device are stored separately.
If you want to delete a backup for one of the devices, you can go to Settings > [username] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Backups > [device name] > Delete Backup.

You need to have at least one trusted phone number for your Apple ID (see: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support ) but that number doesn't have to match any or all of your iPhones (if you even have an iPhone). Changing the trusted number(s) doesn't remove any data from iCloud.com.
So, even if i remove a trusted number i can still see its synced data on icloud web?
