custom email domain with iCloud Mail

Hi, I'm trying to use my domain that I own with the "custom email domain with iCloud Mail" feature, I would like to use my domain like this "subdomain mail.domain.TLD" is this possible?

Hello and thanks for the reply

the problem is that I would like to use the "mail.parasporo.it" domain, but in the configuration instructions that appear to me, they tell me to set "@" as host and not "mail", but "@" is already directed to a other mail service
