Trying to get my original Apple ID back after being locked out if iPhone. I set up another ID but cannot recover my data unless I can access my original Apple ID

Why can't you get access to your original ID? Being locked out of a phone does not mean you can't log into your Apple Account.

If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top. Look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.
