I'm trying to update my iMac from Catalina to Ventura. My mac is listed on the "compatible" list. My software update does not find the Ventura, or any other os update, and only shows the spinning wheel continuously. I used the app store to find the Ventura update and clicked the "GET" button. I now have a software update window with a progress bar, but it appears it is finding nothing. What are my options?

Try again after 1-2 minutes. Or try again in safe boot.
