iPad won’t open an unzipped file that was downloaded

I purchased an Akai mk3 MIDI controller and in order to use it I must download the software. I downloaded the compressed program software. When I click on it, it unzipped but no further action. There is no clickable button to force it to run.

Installable software for your iPad can only be downloaded and installed from the Apple App Store. You cannot install third-party software from downloads obtained from other sources.

Unless your MIDI Controller has an App provided by its manufacturer in the App Store, the Controller may not be suitable for use with iOS/iPadOS devices.
