I never received my Apple Watch, yet I'm not getting my refund
I bought the series 9 watch,
realize that I made a mistake bought the wrong one reached out to customer service and was told that my item couldn’t be canceled I would have to receive the item and return it. The day comes to receive the package and It was sent back to the warehouse without me receiving it and since that day, I’ve been fighting with Apple to get my refund everybody that I speak to has been telling me 3 to 5 business days it’s been two weeks, multiple calls and still nothing. I’ve reached out to everyone
no one is on the same page seems no one has a clue what’s going on, as if there isn’t some sort of protocol with refunds. Now I have to wait 5 days for an investigation on something they chose to do. How do I get my money back? this is truly ridiculous
