I return my old iphone for trade-in. I don't know where it is.

I mailed my old iPhone 11 when I purchased a new iPhone 15. I have received several emails saying it had not been received. I don't have any idea where it is.

Contact the shipping company that you used to send the old iPhone back. They will be able to track the shipment for you if you have your receipt and the tracking number.
