iphone locked to owner (I am being blackmailed by someone)

I bought this mobile used about two weeks ago. I have the bill, the box, and everything. Then I was blackmailed by a person. He told me that his mobile phone was broken and he wanted me to open the iCloud on my mobile phone for him because he wanted 3 important numbers. Then he told me to give me the money or I will close the mobile phone forever. And turn off the mobile (closed to owner).I don't know what to know. I have already sent a message to support, but they have not responded to me yet

You are the victim of a scam.

Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. Do this online at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not detail what currently constitutes proof. Prior to this new online service Apple typically required the original receipt issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller and documented provenance (so typically it would be the original owner who does this, or a descendant with legal proof of ownership).

If you cannot convince Apple to unlock it, recycle it.

From the very bottom of Apple Trade In - Apple :

"Does Apple offer recycling?

Yes. Apple Trade In lets you recycle any Apple device (including devices from Apple-owned brands) at any Apple Store and on Apple for free. That includes your batteries and old electronic products as well as free, on-demand packaging recycling for our commercial, education, and institutional customers. When we receive your device, it will be thoroughly inspected to determine if components can be recycled or reused. Whether recycled or reused, all activities relating to the processing of your device will be managed in an environmentally responsible way."

And the police report is yet more fodder for inclusion with your unlock request. This all assumes the whole thing wasn’t stolen, box and all. And some receipts are “better” than others here, too. The original purchase receipt that would be preferable here, as anybody can make up their own purchase receipt.
