PowerMac Customer Support isn't supporting

I was about to inquire on for battery replacement, I am asking if will it be possible to have it service the same day, to make it short Customer service told me that it depends on the availability of the parts. (Verbatim)

Me: can you help me confirm with the service center if available.

CS: We cant, you can visit the branch to check.

Me: I'm far away from nearest service center, can you help me get a phone number or contact number?

CS: We don't have the direct hotline....
