How to stop automatic resizing when dragging window on Mac

I could not find answer online. And eventually find below solution and would like to share with people who had the same issue.

System Preferences > Desktop & Dock > Windows > Drag windows to screen edges to tile / Drag windows to menu bar to fill screen

How do I permanently resize Finder window in Sonoma 14.0? How does one, on Sonoma 14.0, permanently change the Finder window size, so all Finder window sizes are the same size? I love Apple products, I love MacBook's especially. However, I feel like every year, the way you permanently change finder windows changes and it always requires random calculus level critical thinking to figure out. I honestly don't get it. Apple needs to make this simpler and needs to stop changing how it's done. Before you just changed it, relaunched. Other times you hold the option button and did it, other times the control button. Right now, on Sonoma 14.0, I can't figure it out. I've tried almost everything. Can anyone chime in?

Sizing windows Hi. I have come over from Windows and I like my MacBook. I am having trouble making any window fill the screen. Is the way to do it - click on the green left button at the top left? Is there a keyboard shortcut I can press that will dod the same, or maybe something else? Thnx, ste.

FWIW, this is a feature introduced in macOS 15.0 Sequoia, but you posted this in the macOS Ventura.
