Vertical Lines on my iPhone 16 Pro Max display

I have been experiencing some weird glitches on the display: for a fraction of a second, I can see vertical line appearing on the screen which looks a bit like interference that is caused by a magnetic field. This happens 2-3 times a day. I thought it may have been the issue with the hardware so I exchanged my iPhone 16 pro max but I have been seeing the same on the new phone. Is it possible that the hardware on both phones is botched or is it something iOS related?

Walked in at the Apple Store on 57th street 5th Ave today. Explained the issue and had my screen replaced within 1 hour. They confirmed this is a hardware problem with the display.

suggest you take it to an apple store.

Been having this issue since i bought my 16 pro max.

just saw one during the lockscreen,

these show almost everyday.

Apple has yet to addressed the issue. Disapointed.

Are you sure it’s a 5G problem? I just experienced it on a flight with airplane mode on.

I know this is not a monitored forum. It was more passing along info for others (since this seems like a common problem) that the update may not fix it for all.
