My iPhone 16 Pro battery is draining rapidly

Hello, I’ve got iphone 16 pro for 10 days and ever since I got it, i have an issue with home&lock screen battery drain. Coming from 14 pro max, my settings were mirrored, I had no issue on my old device. Background app refresh, location services and other usual suspects are disabled, basically I’ve done everything that you typically do to save battery and yet my main battery consumption is home&lock screen. Today, 3 hours SoT, 23% usage with 17min on screen. I’m not using any widgets (calendar with disabled location), but i’ve tried to remove the widget and same result. Also not using AoD. Im running out of ideas and i’m very disappointed with battery performance. Upgraded from 18.1.1 hoping 18.2 will fix this, but no luck. Is there anything really that can be done to fix this or i have to wait for it to (hopefully) fix itself? I even disabled Apple Intelligence to see if this will be fixed. Appreciate any help. Cheers

Ultimate test: the iPhone was charged to 100% and put it off during night (11h pm). I noticed although it is off the iPhone stay slightly warm. This morning at 6h30, 43% remaining, so almost 60% of the battery was drained during the night when it was off (between 11h pm to 6h30 am)!!

I noticed that he draining curve has always the same slope whatever I do (saving mode, flight mode or off).Without any usage, I take less than then the working day to be empty. The iPhone is also quite hot, in charge and also in idle. It has been factory reset 3 times. I has the same setup than my previous identical iPhone 16 pro (which has a quasi flat draining curve slope). I have to send it back, there is an hardware issue for me.
